Return & Refund Policy – Evergad

At Evergad, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used face care and makeup products cannot be returned or refunded. Towels that have been washed or used are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photo evidence to verify the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability and your preference.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Evergad reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
